Description
The Disaster Cost Recovery Management Team assists on disaster assessment and expense reimbursement pertaining to damage, emergency protective measures, and debris management for disaster recovery funding streams, such as insurance, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance, Federal Transit Administration Emergency Relief Program, Federal Highway Administration Emergency Relief Program, Community Development Block Grants – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR), and other Federal, state, tribal, territorial, and local programs. This team coordinates with and continues the National Incident Management System (NIMS) 508: Rapid Needs Assessment (RNA) Team’s initial operations.
