Small Business Administration (SBA) disaster loans b. Internal Revenue Service (IRS) disaster program c. U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) food stamps and commodities disaster program d. Legal aid e. Farm Services f. Administration on Aging Services g. Other Federal authorities 2. Knowledge of disaster recovery centers and multiagency resource center operations, donation management, and volunteer coordination 3. Ability to work with Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) and other volunteer organizations Experience: 1. Successful completion of the National Qualification System (NQS) Position Task Book (PTB) for the NIMS Type 1 Human Services Disaster Assessment Team Leader, or equivalent Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) documentation 2. Completed mission as any member of a Human Services team on one or more governor-declared state of emergency or in a presidentially declared disaster 3. Supervisory experience as the AHJ specifies
