Awareness of hazardous materials (HAZMAT) and related situations 3. Knowledge of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (Stafford Act) 4. Knowledge of the Emergency Relief Program of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Program of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) 5. Knowledge of debris forecasting 6. Knowledge of reimbursement practices Experience: Two years of solid waste management experience OR experience in this position during two incidents, exercises, drills or simulations
