Knowledge of the Emergency Relief Program of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) 3. Knowledge of debris special considerations, such as environmental compliance, historic preservation, valuables/personal property, hazardous materials, animal carcasses, human remains, and crime scene evidence 4. Knowledge of debris forecasting Experience: 1. Three years of experience OR experience in this position during four incidents, exercises, drills, or simulations 2. Five years of experience administering various aspects of FEMA’s Public Assistance Program
