Knowledge of the Emergency Relief Program of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Program 3. Knowledge of debris special considerations, such as environmental compliance, historic preservation, valuables/personal property, hazardous materials, animal carcasses, human remains, and crime scene evidence 4. Knowledge of debris forecasting Experience: Two years of experience OR experience in this position during four incidents, exercises, drills, or simulations
