Type 3	The I/I Section Chief: 1. Coordinates intelligence and investigation efforts at a local level or within a single jurisdiction 2. Manages and coordinates all I/I functions in response to a major or complex criminal event 3. Ensures coordination between all groups within the I/I Section and other Incident Management Team (IMT) or Emergency Operations Center (EOC) sections 4. Ensures use of appropriate protocols for handling sensitive or classified information 5. Supervises and configures section to support operations with branches, divisions, and groups as necessary
