| Type 1 | The Construction Cost Estimator: 1. Provides technical support in collecting and analyzing data to estimate the time, money, resources, and labor required for HM construction projects 2. Coordinates and consults with stakeholders in the HM construction project including engineers, architects, owners, and contractors to develop project costs for bids and HM grant applications 3. Contributes to evaluations of the technical feasibility and eligibility of the overall HM project and makes recommendations to make a project more cost effective 4. Suggests Section 404 Hazard Mitigation Grant Program and Section 406 Public Assistance Program mitigation and reconstruction options |
