Ensures facility is accessible and equipped to provide services to persons with access and functional needs (AFN) 4. Manages form distribution, completion, and collection 5. Conducts briefings and provides just-in-time-training 6. Oversees team leaders and staff supporting intake/line flow operations 7. Coordinates with the MCM POD Medical Oversight Manager to ensure intake/line flow operations are aligned with disease transmission and safety requirements
