Community Development Block Grants – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) f. Other Federal, state, tribal, territorial, and local programs 2. Coordinates with and continues initial operations of the National Incident Management System (NIMS) 508-10: Rapid Needs Assessment (RNA) Team 3. Supervises members of the Disaster Cost Recovery Management Team
